Super urgentWhat is the name of your state? NE I was reading and found a couple of places that say if you purchase a vehicle in one state, but the deliquency falls in the another state that you reside in, the rules of the state you live in apply. Can anyone verify this and provide an accurate link to a site if they have it to help prove it? |

| In general the laws of the state you live in apply, yes. Trying to apply the laws of another state on you would open up questions of personal jurisdiction.. and if you never lived in the other state, there most likely would be none.
