| Apparently the company that holds the loan on my property out of state has decided that they can strike up a deal with my wife that is not on the loan. [I owned this property before we were married] Is this legal? Home is MO. Loan was executed in MO This loan is now in default without formal notice and they have been corresponding with my wife about striking some deal over the telephone for a month without my knowledge. I didn't even know the loan was in default until Saturday. There is much more to this scenario, but the question I need an answer to is the above to start getting this mess correct. Thanks so much, Sam |
