theft of credit card numberand suspicious web site

What is the name of your state?p.a.
someone got hold of the numbers, or it was a lucky guess, of our debit card one we dont use much,so it was a surprise, so when the bank called us, thank goodness, we closed the account but we were surprised to see almost 500 dollars worth of charges against our account within 4 days time,at a site called comfortpay.com, so I went to the website and upon surfing the suspicious looking site theyseem to cater to people who are into beastiality and hardcore sick porn, which I thought was illegal, I really wish I could get someone to get these people arrested for such a crime against humanity, is there a way to trace my [old] numbers and find out who has it so they can get in trouble and perhaps save some poor animals or children?
