They keep calling and calling and calling...If a creditor (in Arizona) keeps calling you (in California) after you have specifically requested that they stop calling and that they communicate with you via mail, what can you do to stop them? |

| Dear Tim, How did you ask them to stop? Did you send them a cease and desist letter via certified mail with return receipt requested like you are supposed to? Is this a first party creditor calling you or their collection agency? [email]JASON@LEGISLATOR.COM[/email] P.S. One sure-fire way to make them stop calling is to pay them what you owe. |
