However, you have the right to accuracy of your credit report (as provided by the FCRA - Fair Credit Reporting Act) and it sounds like the reporit (if made) would be in error. The first thing you would need to do would be to get a copy of your credit file from all three CRA's (Credit Reporting Agencies) and review it for inaccurate data. If you find inaccuracies, the Act provides a method for you to request that the CRA investigate the report and remove it if your claim is found valid. Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
