In Pennsylvania is there a time limit for collecting a debt, say more than 5 years and with no previous attempts to collect? Can a wage garnish still be applied after that time?

My response:

PA has a 6 year Statute of Limitations on written contract debts, measured from the last date services were rendered, the last payment made, or the last date the debt was acknowledged to the creditor by you.
