Tipping with a corporate credit cardWhat is the name of your state? NY This is probably a stupid question but I would like to know the answer. I am a 20 something old man who just got my first corporate business card. When dining at a restaurant, can I charge tips on the company or do I have to charge the payment for the meal on the card, then leave cash separately as tip? When the waiter gives me the check to sign, can I somehow indicate or tell him to charge tips on the card as well? Thanks. |

| depends on what the company policy is. Check with your boss and the company policy manual. In most companies a resonable tip is usually allowed. When you charge something in a resturant they will bring you a bill with the option to add a tip btw this is not a legal question |
