truck about to be repossed

i have been lats before on my truck payment and the bamk has excepted payment. then around 6 weeks ago they showed up stating they were there to reposess my truck. it was then 3 months late. i called the bank and made arrangement to send them 2000 of the 3400 i was behind. they called the repo man off. it took me 2 days longer than the next day when i finally was gonna mail the 2000, but i acually had 3000 now. i called to inorm i was sending more theyt said NO. theywere not going to accept payment and its in default. i still have possession of the truck whatt are my rights? i want to pay the back owed and keep it, can i? and if not what right do i have?thank you

MAYBE if you pay ALL of the past due amount they will let you keep your truck. However, they're going to be REAL quick to repossess the next time you're late, so you'd better keep up the payments on time.
