trying to avoid chapter 13 or any type of bankrupcy need help

What is the name of your state? Texas

I recently got in a very bad accident totaling a SUV i owe more the 10k on and i was without full coverage insurance So i owe the balance on my truck and im finding hard to repay my debt because of other things that have comeup. the SUV has no real cash value in the condition it is in and will soon be in repo i kept up the payments as long as i have been able to mantaine them but other life events have transpired that have put me in a position where i have been unable to pay recently. I owe only 5,000 dollars appox in unsecure debt and without overtime earn base salery around 32k a year but i have had alot over overtime this year and bring home much more estme would be 48k but my pay flucuates and is not dependable on a weekly basis and im forced at times to take advances from my bank.

My lawyer has suggested chapter 13 bankrupcy but im not really wanting to go that route. Im in a position where i will be takeing a much higher paying job hopely in the next month or so increaseing my salery to around 43k a year base and feel like going bankrupt with only 15k or 16k in debt not the right thing to do. I've done the chapter 7 thing 6 years ago and i would rather not go though it again. i want to repay all my debts in full

I dont have any collateral i rent so i cant get a conslidation loan

is there any agency that deals with people in trouble that will consolidate or help me work with the Auto loan bank and my unscured creditors. I will be willing to give up whats left of the SUV that in a way would solve another one of my problems.

does anyone have any suggestions of any places to talk to.

Regards

I
