Trying to Evict Tenant and She Filed Bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? Washington

In the beginning of May I asked a tenant to move out by June 30. She then did not pay June's rent and kept saying she was trying to move. July came and she did not pay July's rent. I then filed a lawsuit for an unlawful detainer, which she did not answer and I would have won the judgement by default; however, she filed bankruptcy and you cannot start or continue a lawsuit. This woman has not paid rent for two months and now we're coming up on three months and will not move. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar problem and what you did about it. Thanks in advance.
