I was involved in an automobile accident in July 2000 thru no fault of my own. I have been unable to return to work since then due to my injuries. It is indefinate as to when I will be able to return to work. Every day of the week I am recieving phone calls from credit card agencies all day long. I am living at home with my parents and therefore the phone number is not even in my name. I have sent them letters from myself, my Doctor and my Attorney stating that I am unable to return to work. Still, they continue to call constantly. It is putting emotional stress on me, which I am not supposed to be under stress and they are getting really rude with me now. If anyone has any advice, please help. Both myself and my mother have asked them to quit calling until I can get back on my feet and they will not stop!! Any any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
