Unauthorized automatic payment to credit card

I logged into my credit cards website to view my account status and noticed the $100 electronic payment I authorized last week was posted, but so was another $100 electronic payment the following day, which I never authorized. The payments are withdrawn from my bank checking account. So instead of the 1 $100 payment being withdrawn from my checking account there were 2 $100 payments on separate days. I called the credit card company and they said they had problems with their system and apoligized. They said to get my extra $100 payment back, I needed to go to my bank and get a statement showing both payments being withdrawn, then fax it to their long distance number. Is there anything I can do as far as having them pay for the cost of the bank statement, cost of the long distance call, and the fee my bank charges for being overdrawn?
