unauthorized credit request

What is the name of your state? Oregon
Indymac Bank pulled my full credit report 2 times without verbal or written permission, they deny doing it , but I have a report showing this. But after inquiring with Indymac about why, it was removed . They deny removing them. Equifax said that Indymac are the only one able to remove this unless I filed a dispute against this, and even then it would take 30+days to investigate .
Funny thing is, my ex started to work for them was in training in Calif where they were pulled, but they have no information or a application, I do not have credit with them, nor did I request credit with them. They have violated the Fair Credit Act, but who do I contact about sueing them, and what are my rights regarding this. Thanks

You don't need to contact anyone. The Fair Credit Reporting Act allows you to act as your own AG and you may sue in small calims court for $1000. 604 defines pp

If you want to sue them for FCRA violations, then I suggest you either find a consumer protection lawyer (try www.naca.net), or you go to small claims court and file the lawsuit yourself. If your ex did this, then you can get HIM too, along with the company he works for !

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
