What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I just became aware that someone in my neighborhood has been having her daughter,who is a manager at a bank,look into other peoples accounts to see what/how much they have in there.My question is , is this a local,state or Federal offense and if so,is there something I can do about it ?

If you have REAL proof that this is happening, contact the bank and report it. The daughter should find herself without a job and if the bank doesn't fire her, find another bank.
