Question
I sold a customer some cosmetics and she has not paid me.
Can I file a judgment on her?

I have made several attempts to collect but got no response.

Yes you can. Small claims court is where you will most likely have to go and it is very easy to do. Every state has the info available online on how to do it. Just do a search for your state and small claims court on your favorite search engine.
