| | | Userous Interest Southern California :
Offender: Union Bank ,formerly, Union Bank of California
Claim: Practices leading to a type of Userous Interest by the bank.
Type of Case Wanted: Class Action Suite to Reclaim Moneys Illegally Taken from Clients
Wrongful Charges: Placing Larger Sums ahead of Smaller Funds coming into Bank Accounts to procure more charges against clients that have overdrawn, instead of having charges placed in the order that they are recieved.
This will fall under Userous Interest and I need an Attorney that will take a percentage as I do not have the money to proceed with an attorney that wants money upfront.
I have dealt with the BBB and have their responses through there. |

The bank is legally permitted to process payments in any order they choose.
Thank you for incurring these charges. That way, the bank makes lots of money on you and doesn't have to charge me.

See recent thread about Wells Fargo in Virgina for more similar comments. | Wow you are truly uneducated, I would like to know what books you have read and where you base your information from. I have just procured a Class Action Attorney, he says based upon grounds of Userous Interest this case will win. I e-mailed 6 attorney's yesterday and since none had responded I thought I'd post here, however I just recieved my response. So now I'll let every person know that you can sue for this instance of misconduct by the banks under Userous Interest. |

| | | Steve,
We need to bow our heads in reverence. We are witnesses to what we all like to call "The O.G. Phenomenon."
