Where can I find information about the maximum interest a 3rd party finance company (factoring company) can charge in any given state?

Usury Laws

You suggested I search on Usury. I have done so extensively and have not found anything even close to the state interest maximums. This is the reason I posed the question. Where can I find a listing of the maximum rates allowable for factoring companies?
