Uust looked at credit reportWhat is the name of your state? IN I have just looked at my credit report for the first time. I'm 28 years old (I know I'm stupid!). My husband and I are trying to buy a house. The majority of my report shows a great history w/ a variety of lenders (mostly auto). My problem is that among the peace is a Discover card entry that is obviously pulling my credit to a Fico of 522!! This card shows almost 2 yrs of 120+ days late!! My biggest problem is that the first entry shows stolen (which it was) on 2/1/2001 but in an entry after it, it says 08/01/2002 120+ all the way across. I have called the card company (which never contacted me) and they said they sold the account to a Shermin Aqu. Group. When I called Shermin, they had sold it to NAFS. I contacted NAFS and they tried to tell me that Discover was going to judgement. Upon callin Discover again they said they are no longer involved in the account? I am very confused and am wondering can they continue forever selling your dreams to one person or another? |

| Who made the report to the CRA?? Send your 'validation' request to that company. Also, send a validation request to the CRA asking them to investigate and correct or remove the suspect account information. Samples of letters for both the above can be found at: http://www.creditinfocenter.com/
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
