What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia
I am a small business. I had given my credit card number to a vendor two months ago and had given her specific permission to make a one time charge of X. We have continued working with one another. Recently she has gone into my account and charged a rather large sum for services that we are disputing.
So she has without my consent charged my account, what is my legal recourse?

File a dispute with your card issuer.
