VERY WORRIED NEED GOOD LEGAL ADVICE

I hope someone can help me with this, I am very worried about a friend of mine, because she is married to a man that sometime ago, asked for a creditline, to a bank, and he got the loan of about ten thousand, but now they are having a lot of financial dificulties, and he is not doing very well in his job, so he is planing to go back to his country of origin, and my friend told me that his husband is planing to take the money he got from the credit line, and that is the reason why I am very concerned and worried about my friend, because offcourse she does not want him to do that, she told him that even he would go to another country, the people from the bank would find him and make him pay, so I am very worried about my friend, and that is the reazon why I wrote, here so that maby somebody could give us some legal advice, in what could happen to him, so that she can convince him, not to do it, she is even thinking about divorcing him,even she says she loves him, but she is afraid, because he has this crazy ideas, well I hope somebody could help me help my friend, because I am very worried about her.
