Viewing debtor's credit report

I live in Oregon. As a credit who holds a judgment against my debtor, is it legal for me to view my debtor's credit report in order to locate this person? I've been pursuing payment of this debot for a long time and every time I locate the debtor, she moves to another undisclosed location.

Sure, using a credit report to collect a debt is a permissible purpose. Also, look at [url]www.teletrack.com.[/url] This is a service that specializes in finding debtors that are trying to stay under the radar screen.
