idaho which forms do i need to stop an unfair garnishment, if i have proof that i am not liable for them and some of the accounts iam being garnished for are closed accounts, according to the creditors, yet I don't know how to go about quashing this so I can show the Judge that on alot of those judgements, the judgement specified for my x-wife only. alot of the other bills are from her children, who all have fathers and i have yet to father any.
I have currently been garnished on a case that was for my x-wife only and for closed accounts as well as accounts that show receipts from creditor and the unpaid balance is different than what the original amount was due. i was tricked by the collection agency lawyer into signing an agreement on a case other than the garnishment case, which was served on my employer. I was also never summons to appear in court and have never had a chance to be heard, to explain my side to a judge.

You can't stop a garnishment with forms. This is the result of a court order and only a court order can stay or reverse the garnishment. You got a heck of a mess on your hands and I fear you need a lawyer to sort through the entire situation.
BTW, even if a creditor closes an account, if there is an outstanding balance at the time, you still must pay that balance.
