wage garnishment from credit card debt

What is the name of your state? Georgia

Intro: Credit card company won court settlement by a (no-show) default. Credit card company now summoned last employer to appear with all wage records. This last employer is my spouse. Our company is incorporated and i am 50% owner/officer. The company is not doing so well right now. I am no longer employed with the family business. I am employeed with another company.
The credit card company does not know who my current employer is.

Does my spouse have to reveal my current employer so that they can garnish my wages?

If I file chapter 11,13, will this $8k judgement be included?
