What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

We are the Plaintiff and it's about the fraud check against bank.
We almost have done all the steps. The case is active. We've filed the motions, submitted the proofs to the court.
Do we have to file motion for hearing before we get the final judgement?
We thought the bank actually admitted the key in their response.

it sounds like you have gotten to where you are by sheer luck.

what is "the key" and "we thought" doesn't mean much. Either they did or they didn't do whatever you are talking about.

\. If the defendant admits liability as charged, you file for a judgment based upon the defendants acceptance of liability. If they have not admitted liability but you believe they have not presented any defense, you motion for a summary judgment in your favor and in the amount of your claims.

If anything else, plan on going to trial where you get to present your case and they will defend against your claims and evidence. Judge or jury decides who wins.
