What is the name of your state? florida--what if they accept the check or money order with acct number and it is marked paid in full?

Simply put, Restrictive Endorcements are NOT binding in most states. Accord and Satisfaction, to achieve it legally, requires specific steps be followed IF your state even recognizes them.
