when will negative info on cc be off credit report

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? IL

I had a cc that last had a payment made in june 01 did not make payments and card was charged off sometime early 02 debt was given to various collection agencies in last few years I now have made an agreement with
collection agency who controls the debt of 1300 dollars for settelement of
1000 in ten payments monthly will be cleared when last payment will be made in may 06. My question is this will neg info on cc be taken off in 7 years from when last payment was made on card back in 01 or 7 years after i clear the debt in 2006 six this will make big difference in my life depending on when neg info will not show up hope u can get me unconfused.
