Wife's Credit Card ProblemsMinnesota Greetings! I know Minnesota is not a community property state but she has been getting calls from Collection Agencies and Asset Management companies who buy bad debt and then try to collect. All those credit cards were solely in her name, I never signed on anything nor have I ever used them. Can these people come after me in any way? Do I have any obligation legally? Also, what can they do to her? Thanks, Yesa |

"Also, what can they do to her?" *** They can get a judgment (assuming the SOL has not expired) and then use that judgment to seize non-exempt property in her name, single or joint.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

Wife's Bad Credit Card ProblemsQuestion in response: What if my truck loan has her name on it as well. She has never made a payment, I am the principal person on it and it is in good standing, credit wise. In fact, I have about 8 months left. |

| Doesn't matter about the loan. However, if her name is on the TITLE, that would be different.

| The credit union has the title, but I called the DMV and all is well there at least. |
