Wife's Credit Card Problems

Question in response:
What if my truck loan has her name on it as well.
She has never made a payment, I am the principal person on it and it is in good standing, credit wise.
In fact, I have about 8 months left.
Can they come after my truck?

Is the truck titled in your name, hers, or both ?

If its titled in your name - no.
Besides, with the exemptions available, they likely wouldn't bother with it.
