I was looking to get an invester in a sports bar restaurant when I came across this person. I meet with him showed him what a steel I had and needed an invester. He said would look into it. The next week he took my info and bought the UCC filing on the kitchen equipment and moved the equipment out. Then he told me that he was a juck dealer and told me that he would give me a job because he needs no partners. Therefore his GM has made me jump through hoops and not given me work. I have spent over 3 months of my time putting this deal together. I ask can I sue him for anything?

"Made you"? "MADE YOU"??? Nobody made you do anything... If after you jumped through the first hoop, you stuck around... then the second hoop and you stuck around... and the... Catch my drift?

What "deal"?
There was no deal!!!
I don't see the part where you had an agreement with this "juck dealer" (whatever that might be) that he will pay you a "finder's fee"... In other words, there was no contract (neither written nor verbal) that he will give you/pay you or even thank you for helping him find what ever he was looking for.
So that 3 months of your time that you spent "putting this deal together", you probably spent it sitting around & daydreaming... If there was no invester (or is it investor?) then there was no "deal"!!!

I answer, you can sue him for however much you want... Anywhere from a single dollar up to the world's weight in gold... You aint gettin nuthin!

**A: first off, if you do sue, you need to correctly spell words such as investor, steal and junk. In fact, you should sue for some spelling and grammar lessons for at least 3 months.
