Investment

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Switzerland

can you still help me?

I have an investment issue: the buyer of my comapny has agreed to buy my shares (and the ones of my cofounders) but the there is a minority investor that wants to tag along and the buyer does not want to buy his shares.
What can i do???
