New ideas of more income for real estate agents

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
California

The real estate business is tough and hard. It requires a lot of toil and hardwork. Being a broker in the business, I have to stay away from home for long. I also have a high maintenance cost of maintaining an office and other overheads. All this put together is not working to be cost effective for me. Can I continue working as an agent without incurring the costs and as a result get more profits.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
