I'm interested in cases 2:15-cv-05146 and 2:15-cv-05173, respectively, both in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Because I owned some SLW options in July and tax problems SLW caused me a loss, I'd like to ask if I would wait for the result of trial or would report my loss by my broker's account report?
