Has anyone ever had success in suing a bank?
I have a business loan with a Canadian bank. Long story short the loans officer in charge forged a signature on a document for a loan. This employee was fired from the bank. I heard rumors.. but fraud would not surprise me. Signature was not the only thing. Incorrect payments. Loan guarantee from previous owner this person used for a business loan... bank will not or can't supply other loan papers that other bank say they should have. etc..etc..etc...
