Bank Guarantees, California

My partners and i signed personal guarantees for a line of credit with our Bank. We are in breach of the covenants of our line and in danger of moving into "work out". My wife owns a house, in her name that she purchased long before we were married... and she has never signed the guarantees. I am not on the title for the home. Can the bank go after her asset based on my companies default?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
