Question

bankruptcy options from my C corp

I am a small, one person C corp in the state of Michigan. I am looking to end my business but I will have too much debt at the end of business to be solvent. What are my options? Does bankruptcy effect my personal credit? I just want to get out of this with as little damage to my personal credit as possible. Please advise. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

If you gave a personal guarantee , you're on the hook for these loans.
