Business bk or Personal ??

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I have an LLC in Alabama which is being run by a partner and I live in Florida. I am the guarantor of the lease. The LLC has no money and no assests as nor do I. I am paying for all of my personal bills but do not have the money to pay the remaining payments on the lease, which still has over 4 more years. I really don't want to claim bk, I'm a single mother and having credit for me has helped. Is there any other options or any ideas. Not to sure that the landlord would neg. on lease from what I hear from past renters.
