Corporate Charter Survival in a Chap 7

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

In the event a SOLE secured creditor with a blanket lien against all the assets of the company forces a Chapter 7 on a Nevada Corp. Can the corporate charter survive the liquidation if the creditor asks the TTEE to assign it to him/her? The secured creditor in this case is highly "impaired" and would like to own the only assets available which are the trademark and the corporate charter....
