What is the name of your state (only U.S. law FL

CAN YOU JUST DISOLVE A BUSINESS IF IT HAS OUTSTANDING DEBT?

**A: yes if all the debtors have agreed to drop all claims. If not, you would legally be on the hook. The BK process can legally discharge certain specific debts. So your question was vague, overly broad and ambiguous.
