What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? wisconsin.
We have a LLC. and are running a retail hardware store with rental center.
My debt has piled up and a non-compete payment of $140,000 has been called.
How do I get out from under all of this with out killing my personal credit? Not that mine is great, but my wife's is.
Is bankruptcy the thing to do?
I can not barrow anymore money.
How much will this cost?
How do I find investors or buyers for my buisness?
