JudgementsWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida Can Judgements issued against me be removed by Chapter 7 bankruptcy? If not, due to the fact that I no money, home, car, etc what happens to the approx. 220,000.00 in judgements? How much am I allowed to make a year and should I even remain in the united states at this point if bankruptcy can't solve my problem? If I had the 1500.00 to go bankrupt I would do it before anymore judgements arise, however I have no income at this time, Legal Aid doesn't handle bankruptcy. Thanks in advanced for any advice given, Ben |

Follow upjust to clarify. There are about 75 or so judgements ranging from 1,000.00 the largest is about 8000.00. What happens now is the main question as I can't get any answers from the judges office or attorney's without paid consulation. I still have to make a living right, and what consitutes living expenses, car, insurance, pocket money, etc. Thanks in advance. |

| Are the underlying debts that created the judgments the sort of debts eligible for discharge? Do you have any of the exceptions to discharge going on? 11 U.S.C. 523 |
