Judgements

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Can Judgements issued against me be removed by Chapter 7 bankruptcy?

If not, due to the fact that I no money, home, car, etc what happens to the approx. 220,000.00 in judgements?

How much am I allowed to make a year and should I even remain in the united states at this point if bankruptcy can't solve my problem?

If I had the 1500.00 to go bankrupt I would do it before anymore judgements arise, however I have no income at this time, Legal Aid doesn't handle bankruptcy.

Thanks in advanced for any advice given,

Ben

just to clarify. There are about 75 or so judgements ranging from 1,000.00 the largest is about 8000.00.

What happens now is the main question as I can't get any answers from the judges office or attorney's without paid consulation.

I still have to make a living right, and what consitutes living expenses, car, insurance, pocket money, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Are the underlying debts that created the judgments the sort of debts eligible for discharge? Do you have any of the exceptions to discharge going on?
