As an LLC in Florida, how liable are the managers personally to a landlord for a commercial lease if the LLC should declare backruptcy and break the lease?

I don't really see the point either. It's not like convincing us means anything. Besides, even with this set of facts, more would be needed. For instance, if the LLC was not funded enough, the corporate veil could be pierced.
