What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York
If I am a sole buisness owner of an LLC. If I Have to file bankruptcy am I personally Liable. What leagal action can someone take against me personally? Can I lose my Home?

If you signed no personal guarantees. the only risk to your home would be if the equity exceeds the exemption level in your state. For NY, I believe that's $50K.
