What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey
My small business is struggling. I have a line of credit available to me. Do I exhaust the line of credit to stay in business or when should I call it quits and file bankruptcy?

You really need to speak to a CPA. You also need to know the terms of your line of credit before you make any decisions.
