Question of business -vs-personal

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I am closing my real estate business office. I have a business credit card with about $30,000 +/- debt on it. It is under my business FEI # and does not show up on my credit report. Can I file bankruptcy on this card only (not personal) if I was operating as a sole proprietor?
