S Corporation Bankruptcy

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

I own a private counseling business which is an S corporation. I am no longer seeing people in the business. The money stopped coming in. People did not pay bills, Insurance companies were holding out paying me. I ended up having to go to another full time job and let the business go. I have not officially done anything. The business has no assets and I owe on 10k or so on a business credit card and 10K on a non secure line of credit at a local bank and about 1200.00 in back rent. How hard would it be to file bankruptcy? I don't know what to do. There is no chance that this business will get back to operating. The business in Halifax and I have moved to Farmville where I am now working.
Please help.
