SC business bankrupcy

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? SC
I have a corp. that has been in business for 35 yrs. We are going out of business. We have several business loans but I believed they are all personally guaranteed by me and my husband. Inventory will be picked up and sold soon. What is our best way to get out of $250,000 in loans and judgements that could be put against us.

You should start by speaking with a few bk lawyers. Since you personally guaranteed the debts, you may well need to file a personal Chapter 7.
