Unpaid Wages & Employer Filing Bankruptcy

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

If my employer files for bankruptcy, what happens with unpaid wages due to me which I have filed a wage claim with my state? Should I contact my state to see if they can expedite the claim? And how do I find upcoming bankruptcy court hearings?
