What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Maryland on 06/27/2013 I signed a letter agreeing to sell my route territory and took $7000.00 for territory from someone who needed to be credit approved by my parent company before taking ownership . he was denied credit approval and ownership is still in my companies name . can I sell this territory to another interested individual who has been credit approved by the parent company

Consult the contract you signed regarding procedure to be followed if 3rd part approval was not forthcoming. You will need to work out the details regarding a refund of his purchase price and accounting for profits.
