What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

I'm opening a retail store in the largest city in my state. There are only two other businesses in my city which sell the same thing, but I am having trouble opening wholesale accounts. A wholesaler called me back and said he could not deal with me because his other customers did not want more competition in town. So we have 3 parties involved, a wholesaler and two retailers, who have decided to prevent the wholesaler from dealing with me to avoid competition.

Is this legal under US antitrust etc. law?
