What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts
Could you tell me if Massachusetts state colleges/universities are exempt from having MGL 93a violations
brought against them for Breech of Contract and deceitful business practices?

And would a 30-day Demand Letter an appropriate action to initiate action for MGL 93 A violations against a state college?
If not, could you tell me what would be appropriate?

Thank You

Why do you think this is an appropriate action to take? In other words...what's going on?
